GCC has been engaged in deep canvassing for six years, turning conversations into change and growing our collective power one house, one door, one neighbor at a time.
Deep canvassing works. It scales. And it delivers measurable and meaningful results.
In 2024, neighborhoods we canvassed had a 16% higher voter turnout compared to the surrounding communities. Ahead of the May 5, 2026 primaries, 57 of our members have already knocked on 335 doors and had 87 conversations with people in the Central and Slavic Village neighborhoods.
We’re just getting started, and we’d like you to join us and be a Neighborhood Captain.
As a Neighborhood Captain, you and your team will knock on more doors in more communities and talk with even more neighbors. Ahead of the primaries on May 5, you’ll hand out voter guides. You’ll listen. On Election Day, you’ll help people to and from the polls.
